18yrs old when gift was registered in my name

My father bought a property with his money & gifted/registered it in my name when I was 18yrs old. Does he have any rights on this property? Can he claim it back?

Once a gift is complete, the same cannot be rescinded ,for any reason whatsoever ,the subsequent conduct of a donee cannot be a ground for rescission of a valid gift .

1. Has he gifted the property to you or  purchased the property and registered the same in your name?

2. In both the cases you are the owner.

In  light of the limited info given in the query, it is understood that the property in question was duly registered in your name and by that time, you are a major  in the eyes of law be it through a regular Sale Deed or a Gift Deed.

In this background of the matter , Your apprehension regarding loosing control over the said property is unfounded.
