3 cases running with different judges, on different dates,

Dear members,

request your kind guidance.

i have 3 cases running with 3 different judges.

2 in family court with different judges, the cases are RCR filed by her and 125

1 DV case with magistrate cout

i get 3 different dates for 3 cases, though my lawyer attends some dates in RCR and 125 cases, but he says you have to be present atleast on alternative dates

the DV case is yet to begin with a new date

i need to travel 1000 kms in  another state to attend the dates, due to which i need atleast 2 days off from my work, since i work in a pvt job, my employer has warned me that i will be terminated if i take futher leaves. i am really worried now. i have submitted my salary slip in for maintainence.

i am at my wits end, as my leaves will leave me without a job.

hence i request you to kindly guide me as to how i can club all the 3 cases together, as all the three courts are different, the 3 judges are different.

do i approach the principal judge in the family court? as i want to save my job too, as i am on the verge of starting to pay the interim maintainence

pls guide

thanks

@helping hand...........RCR and 125 are in the same building with different judges, DV is with a magistrate, i havent seen his court yet. thats the dilemma how to get all three clubbed together.

do i apporach the principal judge or what else is the solution.??

One memo would be sufficient to club both 125 crpc and RCR. DV will run separately.
