Tamil Nadu court jurisdiction

Can any body give clear idea about the Tamil Nadu Pecuinary and territory court jurisdiction?

Pecuniary Jurisdiction of civil courts in TN :-

In Mofussil :

Upto Rs. 5000/-  Provincial Small Cause Court;

Upto Rs. 1 lakh - District Munsif Court;

Above Rs. 1 lakh upto Rs. 5 lakhs = Sub-Court;

Above Rs. 5 lakhs = District Court;

IN CHENNAI CITY

Upto Rs. 20,000/- = Presidency Small Causes Court;

Upto Rs. 5 lakhs = Asst City Civil Court, Chennai;

Above Rs. 5 lakhs and upto Rs. 10 lakhs = Principal and Addl City Civil Court, Chennai;

APPEALS

Appeals from the decrees and orders of Dist Munsifs, lie to the Sub-ordinate Court;

Appeals from the decrees and orders of Sub-ordinate Court, lie to the Dist Court;

Appeals from the decrees and orders of Dist Court lie to the HIgh Court;

Appellate jurisdiction of City Civil Court, Chennai

Appeal from Asst. City Civil court lie to Principal and Addl City Civil Court;

Appeal from Principal and Additional City Civil Court, Chennai lie to High Court, Madras.,
