Advice regarding hindu undivided family partition

In 1996 a hindu undivided family Consisting of 5 sons & father was partioned. and all assets where shared by 5 sons and father . after wards father was look after by 5th son. the property of father which araised after the partion was enjoyed by the 5th son. after the death of the father it was known that father made a debt which is after the partion deed. who is responsible for the liability of the father i.e.., 5th son or all 5 sons . pls give us reply with a case law relating to this

According to our Hindu Law on whose basis Laws of succesion stand . You need to clear off fathers ethical debts made during his life time. All the 5 sons are equally responsible to clear of fathers debt. Please clear off the debt in order to save yourself from legal battle.
