I am a house wife and intend to take on board for a temporary period of 11 months two females on homestay facility basis. To secure my self from any litigation I had apprached a lawyer and he asked me just to obtain a notarised affidavit from the interseted party and has suggested attached draft. I now seek advice of experts for the said draft and thank them in advance for helping me to arrive at a conclusion.

1)ABOVE THE LINE"do hereby solemnly affirm as under" GET TYPED THE WORD "THE DEPONENT"
2) IN EACH AND EVERY PARAGRAPH WHERE EVER WORD "I" HAS COME, DELETE IT TO BE SUBSTITUTED BY WORD "DEPONENT".
3)IN LAST PUT HERNAME AFTER WORD "I" AND ALSO ADD WORD "THE DEPONENT ABOVE NAMED"
AND IN BETWEEN WORDS" BEST"AND "KNOW;EDGE" INSERT THE WORD "PERSONAL"
AND WORD "EVEN" INTHE 2nd line should be replaced by word"EVENT"

Dear Adv. Singh,
Others have suggested that agreemeny will be better but I personally feel the affidavit duly notarised will serve the purpose. What do you say.
