Ahmedabad MM Court Proceedings?

Hi,

I would like to know that how is the proceedings for criminal cases in Ahmedabad's Metropolitan Magistrate court.

Is it the same way as in Chennai MM Courts?

Like,

1) If the accused is not present, petition u/s 317 CRPC is filed, is the same case in Ahmedabad MM Courts?

2) Same Court fees for copy application, 317, 256 crpc ?

3) Do they maintain 'A' diary?
