Both stayed together for a period of 45 days, Marriage expenses was done completely from boy side, She has taken all her ornaments and belongings . We have submitted our financial proof like where i am working and salary ex:10 lakhs per annum opposition demanding for 1/3 rd maintenance alimony for the period of 3 years for case going 30k *36 months it's a temporary alimony. She is educated bcom .She has submitted that she had went to job for 1 year 18k per month salary and due to corona they have removed her .She has shown her monthly expenses has 60k all are false there is no children. How can the boy get rid of this what he has to do inorder to get rid of this ..
Whether maintenance order has been passed by the Court or yet to pass ?
The court shall consider financial status of parties to the suit/ complaint before passing any order on maintenance.in terms of Supreme Court judgment in the case Rajnish V. Neha.(2021) 2 SCC 324
