Dear Sir/Madam,
Please clarify :
1. What is "Ancient Document" and on what clause or section represent this as Ancient doc.
2. We have 31 years old document called Registered Sale deed in which 14 acrs of land sold to use in the year 1980, and today a petition has filed by the excutents after 31 years that it is a Bogus Sale deed and they want there land back, since they were not sold to us. Can they prove is it a Bogus sale deed, despite they themself (Excutent) know it is real and to grab the land back they have petitioned after these many years.
3. Will the Court treat this as Ancient document, as it is a 31 year old Registered Sale deed. And we are alread plan to put affidivat for "Thumb Impression" and signatures for Forensic lab report to tally.
4. In what way "The Ancient Document" will benift us. In reality it is not a fake document and well registered with local registration office and they also have the certified copies from the old records.
Please Clarify and suggest.
