Anticipatory bail

Hi Experts,

Is it possible to get an anticipatory bail in a state other than the state where the case is logged.

no, there is no procedure to get anticipatory bail from other state court, only transit bail may be grant.

Transit bail may be granted but not AB.

You can take transit bail from other state , but there is no such procedure to take anticipatory bail from other state .

There is no provision to get an AB from other state while the Crime has been registered in another state.
