Hi members,
after DV case, i am anticipating 498 from my wife, my query is, where should i file for Anticipatory bail.
I the state where i reside, or in the state where she resides
There has not been any complaint or FIR from her side as of now, i am just expecting a 498
only DV is filed in her state, with all ingredients of 498 for future
in her DV allegations all alleged acts of harrassment are that of my homestate
she is presently residing in her state
in which state should i apply for Anticipatory bail and what is the procedure to be followed
how long will the AB last as i dont know when she can actually file the 498
