Anticipetry bail

sir 

may hauband do business in me & may mathoer in law name and make hug loss in business.so credtior file case against u/s 120(b) 406,409,420 ,me and my mathoer in law. we make signe on cheques and other document at that time.they issue advance cheques for that to creditor.i am doing job and i have medical hestory for 5 years my mathor in law is unaducated & and we dont know about his business.we file bankruptcy petion . can we get antycipetry bail.may husbond is in jail.

Yes, you can always try for anticipatory bail. As per the facts stated, I believe there is a strong case for anticipatory bail. Consult a lawyer for filing the application.
