I have purchased resale flat in Pune, Maharashtra from investor. Builder has part completion certificate from the municipal corporation for the building and for some of the flats completion certificate is given which includes my flat also. Now builder is in process of execution of Apartment deed, so whether that deed will be in name of original buyer i.e. investor from whom I purchased the flat or it will be on my name i.e. buyer. If Apartment deed is executed in name of investor then what is the process to change it on my name. Please advice me.
