Ours is a registered association compromsing of 12 Bldgs alloted by cidco.5 Bldgs are in one condominium and 7 bldgs are in other condominium.can the 5 bldgs form a registered society seperately.

In our building we have only 5 flats. wanted to form Aprartment condominium to proceed for deem conveyance.
Pls suggest what documents required. Builder is untraceble. Left Mumbai and settled in Pune (no idea where).

HI,
our builder has hand over the day to day activity of our apratment to an ad-hoc committe, chosen by him/ But now nobody is taking inititive to register our society. its almost 1 year. Is there any layer in hyderabad wo can help/ ghide us to inititiate society registration process.
