Required Application for Condonation of delay for non payment of Bhatta/process fees for issuing notices to Respondents.
I have filled Revn Petition u.s 340 CrPC in HC as party in person. Orders of serving notices were issued to respondents. but because of incomplete knowledge I failed to pay bhatta/process fees. So now the same has been kept for orders for non payment of bhatta/process fees. Hence I required the application of condonation of delay for non payment.
Request you to kindly help ASAP as its listed on 19th March in HC nagpur bench.
