Appointment of another advocate

I had filed a case in the civil court to divide our ancestrol property. In the beginning I had appointed two advocates (father and his son) but I find both are slow in dealing my case. Now I want to appoint another advocate that is 3rd advacate without discharging previously appointed advocates. Is it possible? What is the procedure?

Please advise.

Sir,

you may file additional vakalatnama of other advocate. However, you should obtain NOC of the previous advocate for filing additional Vakalatnama.

Regards,

Amit

Legally you can appoint any no of advocates even if no NOC is available since your are master and advocate is your agent but your reputation will be damaged before the legal system and also the next advocate will also not be bold since you can also kick him out.SO TAKE CARE IT IS EASY TO BLAME AND DEFFICULT TO ACHIEVE RESULTS.
