arrest by police in forge case and on forge warrant

Sir in year 2012 patna police arrested me and my mother on a warrant that issued against us u/s 498 while I am not married till date and when police team produced us in jamshedpur court before the magistrate he told to police team that we not sent any warrant if arrest to Patna police and there was no record available in the court for such warrant sending. there was a case filed against me according to which I married to raha devi at the age of 13 and half only. according to court no cognizance taken against my mother bt police arrested we both bt court relived us and directed to investigate this forgery across the state. bihar n jharkhand. here we have submitted a lot of application to police n chief minister too but nothing. can we file writ in high court or what we can do to get justice?

You can certainly approach the High court to get the relief.

may I submit a writ because I am not able to pay the heavy fee of Lawers of high court n I have submitted 100s of tweets m messages to the CM,PM n police officers of patna bt no reply or action they have taken. please guide me that how to submit writ in this matter n what document I should include?

Hi ashis their in your case you need to file writ pittion in high court heabus corps than high court order to local police to present arrest person in front of me and show why you arrest him adn in which case you take custody

if you have no money to pay for heavy fee of lawyer and court than you take help lagal help center or you file pit in court provide me lawyer in gov. fee than court provide a lawyer for you on gov. fee
