There is a civil land partiian suit judgement at lower district court taken for First Appeal at Madara High counrt,
All the Objections are compailed. and Status as on 8.3.2019 > Notice to Respdt by 2 wks, P/N/P, Interim stay > Notice,
Iterim stay order given to lower court to HOLD the final decree judgement, But it seems no stay for procedings at Lower court.
Respondent advacate just registred and name apperiang, But next date given by court not taken for any enquiy
at the bottom it is showing > Order Not uploaded by concern court
Pl. guide me what is the process next. and how long it will take to get final judgement at High court,
