I would like to clear the difference b/w Trade Mark and Associated trade mark.

the first is a new trade mark and the later mark (associated trade mark ) means the trade mark either registered previously or filed and accepted.

when the same trade mark has been filed by the applicant under any of the 42 class may describe the reference of prior filing.
