Audio recording in original media but deleted a few

only thing is - the files should be on original media and untampered.

what happened ?

A recording done in phone and copied to laptop and CD. Can this CD be produced as evidence?

What are those tests?

I recorded in a device (Olympus audio recorder) and had 10 recordings in it.

Few days back, I deleted 3 of those 10 recordings thus other 7 were untouched.

Are they producable? What can be the issues?

I am asking so as for me it will be almost impossible to get more new such recordings and thus I am worried that what I have, will work in court or not?

If it will not work then I will have to push the Bi*ch to say all things again which I doubt that she will accept.

So I just want to be ensured that should I sit tight with those (7 ) recordings assuming it is admissible or try recording again.
 

These are gud enough, keep them.

If u r interested in more. Keep the original memmory card safe, start with new memmory card. At the end all memmory cards + device used wil be submitted in court if u need
