remand report, fir should be enough as far as I know

No document is required except FIR and date of JC.

now chargesheet submitted still default bail will get after 90days

It is part of judicial file wherein accused has not yet been provided copy of charge-sheet and the accused has not yet been charged, isn't it ?

thank you for reply it's duty of that police incharge of police station didn't submitted chargesheet it's accused family member's after giving several reminder he submitted chargesheet..now in RCC stage it's showing "produce of accused with hearing date .can you please advise can accused get bail as he is going to complete 90 days though RCC hearing date declare
