Dear All,
I have booked 1 flat in Panvel 3 yrs back. i have also paid 3 lakhs to the builder and for that builder has also issued me the receipt.
But till date construction is not completed nor the agreement is done. and i asked to builder he is saying there is financial problem that's why project is getting delay.
Please tell me what should i do. i am staying on rent and want the possession at the earliest.
