Dear Sir/Madam,
I am planning to buy site along with one more person from the same seller. Seller has two plots of same dimension registered under single sale deed. Even the one Khata certificate for both the sites. Both the sites bearing different numbers have been clearly mentioned in Khata certificate and the sale deed.
As these two sites are in the same sale deed and in single khata, how this property sale can be executed. Is it safe to buy such property? Please advise.
