The factum of marriage so not so easy to deny as u are looking 4.....Dear!
There is no generization, no blanket judgment!
WHY NOT GOVT. DECLARE MARRIAGE ITSELF AS ILLEGAL/UNCONSTITUTIONAL!
It will end all harassment, whosoever wants to sattle with a partener, may do so as per his/her own wish! No legal ghosts will bother him/her if things go wrong afterwards!
