My issue is that, my grandfather was a property or land which was he inherited them from his father
he made ​​a will in 1979 in the name of my uncle has his entire property, Grandfather's death in 1989,after that the property was my uncle's name. After that my father entered his right to take the case to court.The uncle that died, then the case against the boy's uncle. My father, who died in 2001. We could not move the case forward for a reason. As a result, the case was dismissed.

Now I can be the case? I belong to Hamirpur, In Himachal Pradesh.
Here's the lawyer, , saying that in case too late now there is nothing left in this case.
Is there any solution to this problem?
