Can we buy a property from a notarised gpa holder

Thanks a lot to this forum,

1.In 1995 this property is bought by Ms Kiran thru her mother as a GPA holder, the GPA copy is missing which was given by Ms krian to her mother for purchase.

2. Now the property is in the name of Ms Kiran with all the valid documents khatha and Tax paid recpts. EC also shows the transaction in Ms Kiran name only

3. Now as Ms kiran is outside the country wants to sell her property and she has given a notarised GPA to her mother.

Can we deal this property and buy . Also is there any consideration to be made while buying this property after the Supreme court rule enforcement on GPA not to sell/buy other than signing .

If so can we buy this property with all the financial dealing with the owner and signed by the sale deed thru the GPA holder.

Please advice !
