Can We increase Court Fees during pendancy of court fees

We have filed a suit for declaration & posession and this case is pending from two years.

During these two years our property rate has now increased to three times and minimum cirlce rate has also doubled.

My question is>>

1. If this case goes on for next ten years. Will we get current market rate or the amount for which we have filed court fees.

2. Can we increase the court fees as per the minimum cirle rate as the case in trial and issue are not framed till yet.

Thanks & Regards

There is no need. Suit valuation being done at the time of institution , payment of suit fees on such basis would be in order. Market rates are speculative and can be either way and hence no need for revaluation during pendency of a suit.
