Acqittal is possible in even the most serious offences depending on how good your attorney is and how weak the evidence is. Excellent attorney's weaken the evidence. I was reading one clearcut case case of Murder but Attorney/Lawyer harped on a very small sub clause of the Indian Evidence Act and .Vardrajan J and Justice Murtaza Ali and Justice Sabyachi Mukerjhee converted it into a case of Suicide. Since all the three judges concurred, I'm none to comment on this judgment.[1984 4 SCC, p 116- 215]

it is the sanction procedure.  If no scantion is obtained prosecution cannot be intitiated. in documentary cases 468 and 471 the only way is to admit the offence and get the benefit under probation of offenders act
