1. Is it possible to challenge an order passed by the Division Bench of High Court before a larger bench of the same High Court. Division Bench of High Court passed an order when legal questions were referred to it by a single judge of the same High Court in a petition u/s 482 Cr.P.C
2. Is there a common procedure for challenging orders of Division Bench of a High Court or it varies by High Courts.
3. Can a party who was not part of Division Bench proceedings challenge the order given in that proceedings by the mere fact that his/her pending cases are impacted by the orders of Division Bench on legal questions answered therein.
4. If the aforesaid order of Division Bench can be challenged before Supreme Court too in addition to the same High Court. If so what is a better remedy?
