Now i wanted to know whether i can switch over my case from kerala to tamilnadu, as we are residing in tamilnadu. But, my marriage was conducted in kerala and reception only has took place in tamilnadu. Please help me.

Your Advocate should guide you and seek transfer of your case through the supreme court

yes, as your current residency is TN , you can apply for transfer through SC

Is that a long process sir? Do we have to pay much for that... our advocate is not guiding us properly... pls help us...already it took nearly 8 months since v filed but there is no bigger reponse in the case still... if it is changed...will there be still further delay?

Delay is the part n parcel of matrimonial litigation in India. Better accept this fact, sooner the better. Case transfer wil be from SC only, means more money+time going down the drain. No way out.

Thats why ppl here always suggetst to explore MCD possiblity
