Please let me know if a Chargesheet submitted under IPC section 323,504,506 in Court can be challanged ? Intially a NCR was registered and then using section 155(2) , it was futher investigated. The Police submitted the chargesheet against the accused. I want to understand that if there is any procedure by which Chargesheet can be challanged in the lower court. I am already aware of the discharge and quash under 482 but please let me know if any other procedure is available ?
