Sir, This is the reason why china is ahead of us in spite of being inferior to us in not only quality of product but in all field. Medieval form of Justice has proved deterrent.

In comparison we have only laws but no implementation is there in letter and spirit. On the other hand China has only order but no law, which is keeping them ahead of us which is pathetic.

INDIA IS MORE ADVANCE - WE CAN NOT WAIT UPTILL THEIR RETAIREMENT.

WE CAUGHT THEIR INDIAN COUNTERPART, WHILE THEY ARE AT SERVICE.

IN  CONTEXT :

As of date,  Indian Judiciary is functioning at only 40% capacity.  There is acute shortage of Judges and other judiciaries.

REALITY :
Looking at the past trend pertaining to Corruption, IF the judges are executed on this charge alone,  THEN the Indian Judiciary may function at only 10% capacity.  Advocacy business will suffer.

LUCKILY,  we are not communist China  AND IN A DEMOCRACY WE CAN STILL THRIVE EFFICIENTLY WITH THE APATHETIC & CORRUPT JUDICIARY.
