Where to be complain if the chit fund company registered under the indian companies act failed to give the chit amount paid by the subscriber.
can we file a CRIMINAL case aganist the company and on the directors apart from the civil CASE?

Now in most of the States, the powers were vested with the Joint Registrar of chits of the District, not civil courts. so complain against the chit company to the Registrar of Chits of the District.
