In my present accommodation in Thane , builder has given less area (not as per agreed terms mentioned in thew agreement.
Possession was taken in April 2011.. (1)what steps sould I take to get reimbursement of Lesser are from Developer.
(2)Is there any time limit in filling suit?
(3) where should I file the suit?
(4) Consumer Court Tane ??
(5)Can any thing could be done to seek the justice ?
