Compromise compromise

Hello team,
We have property related case going in gujart. The opposite party Wantedlly came in between and filled cases in civil. We never got afraid and we also proceeded with counter attack via courts. But
During these days. Now there turn to show evidence and prove the court that how they acquired property rights. From the day entered asking us to compromise and give some share. And these days the torture is high. How can we tackle the situation there are asking to compromise with high handed manner.
Please provide inputs how can we tackle the situation.
We don't want to give any share nor compromise but they have high expectations

There is no compulsion on you to accept thec ompromise proposal.

You can refuse and continue with the case if the terms are not acceptbale to you.

In a case where a compromise was reached between parties, 28 years after an incident left the victim crippled for life, the Court said that such a brutality cannot be ignored which is not against the individual but the crime is against the society which has to be dealt with sternly....
