Consumer forum - my signature in petition challlanged

Dear All,

I had filed a case in consumer forum. Case in in last stages. After more than a year later my signature in the originial/first petition is challanged by the Opposite party as not mine.

As a matter of fact when I filed the petition there was in injury in my fingures and I could barely move them. I had a history of high sugar levels since several years. I have all medical records.

Can my statement before the forum (judges) will suffice when I say that this is my signature.

Kindly inform me what to do in this matter? Also, if any previous judgement from any court comes to your mind kindly inform me.

Thanks in advance to all.

This is just to intimidate you and delay the case further
just let the judge know your medical issue and submit that it was you who signed, not a big deal

Yes,your statement or affidavit is sufficient. No substance in such type of vague objections of opposite party .
