Hi Experts,
In DV case husband filed for visitation u/s 21 and was granted the visitation 1st and 3rd saturday for 2 hours.
Wife did not bring the child to mentioned location till 2 months of passing the order.
Husband filed contempt application and it was accepted and notice was issued to wife.
Wife did not filed any reply but visitation was started.
Husband was able to get no say order on contempt application.
NOW Judge is not proceeding with the contempt application and forcing to start cross of wife.
How can ask Judge first to have arguments on Contempt application and then start cross of wife.
Any suggestions plz.
