Conversion of Religion can be a ground of divorce

Section 13-2 of hindu marriage act says that conversion of religion from hindu to some other becomes a ground of divorce.

If a persion coneverted to Buddhism, Jain, Sikh. Then also it will be a ground of divorce.

Depends upon circumstances but it is not a ground if he converts from hindu to sikh.

Coz in the eyes of law both are Hindu.
