An agreement has been executed on 11 th January, 2016 but by mistake it has been mentioned in the agreement that ' This agreement made and entered into on this 27th May, 2016 ', which date has not come yet. One party is not ready to take print out of the whole agreement and signing afresh. But both parties are ready to sign an amendment if the amendment agreement is made in one or two pages. How to amend this mistake? Please provide me a guideline to rectify this. Regards.
