Counter last chance in divorce, what next?

I filed for divorce, since 1 & 1/2 year case dragged on due to transfer and other issues, now court gave last chance to file Counter, my next hearing is within a week, what would be the next step if she didnt file counter. if filed i can contest, otherwise what's the proceedings.

  1. Normally three opportunities in 90 days period are given with “one last opportunity”. Your query is not clear if those three opportunities utilized by wife / her side!
  2. the case cycle if no w/s filed is as follows;

- No W.S. / No Say Order (if WS / Say not filed by respondent)

 - Hearing on Exh 5 (T.I. Application - if it is filed by either party then this is heard as Exhibit no. 5)

 - Confirmation or cancellation of TI

 - List of Documents

 - Issues framing

 - List of Witness

 - Evidence

 - Argument

 - Judgment
