Crpc 301 please help

CR:PC 301

Please help, dear learned advocates.

1.     A suit was filed, which comes under the public prosecutor

2.     The pp seems to be in collusion along police

3.     The police would not take evidence, despite being handed on time, stating pp will ask then will ask for it

4.     Time passed by, nothing was informed to victim party,

5.     I was informed it has to go through magistrate

6.     I have financial restraints, and due collusion, medical reasons it got difficult

7.     The accused are very well off

8.     During cross examination, the judge was informed and shown the evidence, not submitted

9.     Charge sheet has been made long back

10.Police etc have given their statements in court

11.Judge asked to submit evidence

12.Accused object the crpc 311 that was requested to take evidence

13.Accused say, under section 301crpc, the private advocate cannot go beyond section 301  crpc and submit evidence

What can be done?

How can evidence be submitted? what to say to judge pls?
