Daughter in law claiming in father in laws property

My father in law forcefully out me and my husband from my in laws house.My husband is a unemployed person.should i file a case against him(father in law),to demand for property share. please help ,we are in a great trouble.Every suggestion is welcome.

You cannot get any share in your father- in- law property ,better solve your problem amicabily with them .
