What is the difference between weekly listing of writ petition and daily listing of first motion hearing after admission and sending of notice from the writ section. The acknowledgment for the notice is not received by the writ section and so the posting is made in the weekly listing i am told. .
Which is more advantegeous to petitioner.- weekly or daily.
