Divorce on refusal of sex

If he files divorce petition on the ground of cruelty due to the refusal of s*x, if you prove that he is living abroad and has not taken any steps to take you there, his petition will be dismissed outrightly. Hence, you need not worry about his divorce petition.

You need to worry if you willfully denied going to US. You explain the complete facts here, why will someone marry and within a year file for divorce? I mean even a dumb idiot wont file such a petition knowing that he has to prove his allegations. Why are you still in india?

We married on 31st december 2012 and we are together for 35 days in all together, he now says that i was married forcefully by my mother and i had no interest in him, i have no respect to his parents i was a mental patient before marriage, me and my mother torture him mentally on our  initial  days, he filed the case on june 5th we had already a counselling on last 18th he was not even ready to talk to me personally on that day or before

Pakka i believe his petition and his version of the story. Sure this lady has attitude problems. You pick any girl, the modus operandi is same, threaten the hubby with false suicide attempts if he does not listen threaten him with false cases. shame on them. He has got good grounds, hope he wins the case.

Its not you but he has to prove the allegations. If you have one bit of truth in whatever you say then obviously he can not prove it and he has to bow down before you. Its just matter of time. I really don't understand who has got such an ample amount of time in life to waste it in court cases and why the couples fight as if they are trying to protect the border and are paid to secure it.

Its the duty of the partner to safe guard the interests of the other partner and that's what is called marriage. Why encourage middlemen in your relationship and listen to them when actually its your life which is special and you can not allow someone to just play with it. If you got a head that's working then no one can take you for a ride.
