My Brother-in-law wanted to get a commercial DL and hence approached a broker for the same in order to get things done without delay.
He paid an amount of 7000 to the broker (2000 for DL + 5000 for Commercial Batch). The Commercial DL has been recieved by him however there is no update about the Batch.
My Brother-in-law tried to contact the broker but his phone is switched off for the past 3 days. He even went to the Authority from where the broker initiates his business, but he hasn't been there for the past week. Please suggest what to do in such a case.
Can a police complaint be filed against the broker? Or Getting a Licence from a broker is in itself against the Law for which my brother-in-law land up in trouble for the same?
