Hello Sir/Madam,
One of my clients is possessing a pagadi property in Mumbai. She wish that after her death the name of the rent receipt should be transferred to her nephew ( she doenst have any children) , but as of now she doenst wish to change the name of the rent receipt. Being a property on pagdi preperty she cannot draw a will.
Would a deed of declaration suffice or pls guide me on any other documentation.
