Hello Amrut, Well why were you unable to complete ur question papers?

ATKT means allow to keep term which means u can proceed with studying for your next term papers but wil have to give ur kt paper subjects again. i.e your kt subjects plus your next term new subjects.

You have nothing to worry about but nevertheless please dunt repeat this again in your next year and definately not in your last year which holds utmost importance if you have interest in corporate firms or wish to do your Masters (LLM). 

No of ATKTs allowed depends on the unuiversity.

Degree can't  be done without three B's

Consequently you are nt eligible for JMFC exam till three years of your practice.....hard luck bro......don repeat it....
