I am on child care leave from 15th february 2021 to 15th may 2021 .But i have election duty on 15th april for panchayat.Should i go on duty and will my leaves continue after doing election duty on 15th april till 15th may??

You have not specified the kind of services in which you are employed, but in any case, you may put in an application before your District Returning Officer, for exemption from Election duty.
