in 1983 despute was going on between raja n anand property was in the name of raja and anand says that he is the owner of land but the property card is in the name of raja bcoz anand is nt a agriculturist just a oral discussion between raja and anand no written work.in 1985 raja sold the property to ram .raja says that some discussion with anand out of court, anand says that I will take case out but he didnt do that and the case was going on so raja and his advocate absent and the judge order ex party in favour of anand in 1989.
1st.janglu was owner he sold the property to raja in 1965
2nd raja was owner he sold the proprty to ram on 1985.
so from 1985 to 1994 ram was on record.
but ram doesent know about the case.
anand get on record on 1994 witin 2months ram came to know about the case and ram filed the case within 2months .
in 1998 anand sold the property to dinesh they were all on record in case .
in 2017 case was dismissed in favour dinesh .
ram had tried a lot to get justise.
raja expire on 1997 and ram expire on 2004 .
now after case dismissed wht to do now (bharat son of ram)
should I filed new case or should I go in appeal?
