Execution Petition Format for Dist. Consumer Forum!!

Usual format as in CPC, but make little modifications and has to be filed u/s 27 of CP Act. No fee.

Ther is no specific performa for execution of the order of the Consumer Forum. You may simply write an application for execution of the order to the forum with the fact that the order has not been complied with by the opposite party with in the given time . If you wish to execute the order against the O.P. like a civil decree i.e. by way of sale of property of the O.P. you may file execution under section 25 of C.P.A. and if you want to execute the order by coercive method i.e. by way of detention of the O.P. , you may proceed under section 27 of C.P.A.. There is no fee prescribed for the execution proceedings of the order .
