Fellow is calling to women helpline n using filthy language

Dear Friends,

A women helpline is running with toll free Nos related to information and services on HIV/AIDS. A fellow is frequently calling from these two Nos. (1) 09557033381 (2) 08899522491 and using filthy language with the ladies telephone operator. They informed to TATA telephone service centres to bar incoming call from these 2 Nos. But they informed that it is not possible since it is toll free. What they can do best, to teach a lesson to him? Stop calling from him.

Mr.Siddu, You can approach the concerned Supritendent of Police with the written complaint enumerating the details about the crime and of the perpetrator of crime who has the power to order call tapping which would be a conclusive proof ipso facto. Or in the alternative you can record the call and confront the perpetrator. Best Regards Daksh

You can also record the filthy calls and make a complaint u/s 66A/67 Information Technology Act read with Section 509 IPC to the police for making obscene calls by using the mobile phones.
